Foundation Walls & Structural Work
Set up wall forms and install rebar for structural integrity. Pour and vibrate concrete to ensure solid, air-pocket-free walls.
Install blockouts for basement windows, doors, and steel beams as needed. Place anchor bolts, steel plates, or other embedments for structural connections.
Form Stripping & Waterproofing
Remove wall forms, apply exterior waterproofing, install drain tile and downspouts.
Final Grading and Site Cleanup
Complete final grading for proper drainage and site finishing.
